By accessing or using the Fractional People People website and community (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Fractional People People ("FPP," "we," "us," or "our") is a professional community and business ecosystem for fractional HR leaders. Our Services include our public website, membership community, events, and related platforms.

FPP membership is available to HR professionals who meet our eligibility requirements, as described on the Community page. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. FPP reserves the right to revoke membership for conduct that violates these Terms or the spirit of the community.

FPP is built on the values of Abundance, Joy, and Vibes. Members and visitors are expected to engage respectfully, honestly, and in good faith. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or bad-faith conduct of any kind. FPP reserves the right to remove anyone from the community who violates these standards.

All content on the FPP website - including text, graphics, logos, and recordings - is owned by or licensed to Fractional People People and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. Content shared by members within the community remains the property of the individual who shared it.

FPP does not guarantee that membership will result in new clients, engagements, or revenue. Any business opportunities that arise from FPP connections are the result of individual member relationships and are not the responsibility of FPP.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

FPP uses third-party platforms including Slack, Disco, and others to deliver community services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. FPP is not responsible for the practices of those platforms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
