About Fractional People People
The Origin
This group was created by a fractional people person for fractional people people. After hearing how a few of her peers were experiencing the solopreneur journey as a lonely one, she started a Slack group to stay in touch and cheer each other on. Since then it's grown to be the supportive, fun, safe space that over 800 HRpreneurs engage in today!
The Who
Our community consists of HR leaders with diverse backgrounds, with varying HR specialties, in various industries. The thread connecting all of us is that we are working with companies doing HR, People & Culture work in a fractional or consulting capacity.
This community is for those who are new to, or already established, in the journey of HR fractional/consulting solopreneurship. We're each other's teammates in this career; learning together, sharing the challenges, celebrating the wins and supporting each other. #LFG!

Our Slack community is for Fractional People People - those who have chosen to pursue the fractional/consulting HR life full-time, and are looking for a community to share their wins/losses/challenges with. The ask for being a part of this group is that you are engaging in it and not just an observer or there for the new biz opportunities. We are intentionally cultivating a safe space so you can you meet some new people, learn some new things, and reach for this group when you want to celebrate something going on in your work (or life)!
