Fractional People People members work with clients of all sizes, from small startups to large corporations. They also work with individuals seeking personal coaching services.

The Fractional People People community leaders have a free call and consultation with you to determine resource needs, and then match you up with qualified FPPers (FPP Members) to discuss the project or role directly with them. 

In most cases, the service of finding you (the client) a qualified FPP member to engage with is free, and we will engage with the FPP member inside of the community as a referral partner.

FPP is made up of HRpreneurs who are all running their own individual businesses. We do not contract directly with clients, nor do we represent the final product or quality of the member you engage or contract with.
