We appreciate everyone's interest in FPP and we also have an obligation to keep the space a safe one for our community.  This community is for those who have been HR practitioners (or HR adjacent) in their past career and who are now just beginning, or already established, in the journey of HR fractional/consulting/advisor solopreneurship (or HRpreneurship as we call it😄). 

This community and these applications are run and reviewed by the founder and members who also have their own businesses. We appreciate your patience as we may take up to 4 weeks to review your application. Should you be accepted, you will receive an email with payment and onboarding information!

$120 membership contribution per year, paid one-time (equivalent to $10 per month). This membership contribution keeps the lights on and funds community operations. 

It is intentionally low cost compared to many other communities so that no matter what your revenue is for the year, you can afford to be part of the team. And it is intentionally not a monthly opt in or opt out, because if you're interested in being a part of the team, then we ask for some commitment up front so we know we can count on you to be there 🤝! 

This community was started with an email from the founder to a handful of her peers doing similar work. 1 year later? Over twelve hundred amazing FPPers, in almost every continent, thousands of Slack messages, hundreds of new business deals, an all community IRL event, and countless friendships made. Whew! What an amazing year it has been! 

With all the increase in activity however, the costs of operations also increase. Up until this point Elles (Founder of FPP) has been investing her personal dollars into the operations of FPP (Slack Pro, Disco, Google Workspace, Fireflies, Website, Legal - you get it!). And because FPPers are AMAZING, many of them have nudged her to start letting everyone pitch in to keep this community humming. And so - annual membership contributions are here!

It's important that your intention in joining is to be part of the community & FPP team (ex: we call each other "chosen coworkers"). The best way to get new clients in this HRpreneur life is through referrals, through trust, and through relationships. Members have built up their entire business, client list, and increased their revenue through the relationships they've built inside of FPP because they are open to building relationships and a network of FPPers. If that sounds like you, then we're excited to collaborate with you! You will get as much out of the community as you put in. 💫

You bet.  Community membership fees can be deductible for independent contractors as business expenses
